This lavish home in the heart of Riyadh is unabashedly glamorous, making an immediate impression upon visitors as they step into the boldly patterned marble-clad home. What we love most about this home is the juxtaposition of serious art against more playful pieces, challenging us to find a way to harmoniously blend seemingly incongruous elements with one another. Inspired by the client’s eclectic art collection, we chose an understated, monchromatic color palette for the furnishings against which to showcase bright pops of color from the likes of Jeff Koons, Niclas Castello, Marc Chagall and other established and emerging artists. Chandeliers by Rinck, plush textiles from Chase Erwin and the Rubelli archives, and the exquisite dining table we commissioned from Atelier Moba are among the key pieces contributing to making this home memorable. Although this residence features a stunning array of furniture, accessories and art from different eras and styles, what we are most proud of is that it captures the the distinct personality of its owner - avant garde, sophisticated and with a touch of unforgettable drama.
